A Message to Our Guests Regarding Data Security
We would like to inform our guests, with complete transparency, that we recently became aware of a security incident involving unauthorized access to one of our trusted partners’ systems used to support our reservation services.
The activity took place on 18 December 2025 and was confirmed on 24 December 2025. Once identified, the issue was fully resolved the same day through a software update and the implementation of additional security measures, including enhanced system monitoring, updated access credentials, and strengthened network protection.
There is no evidence of any ongoing activity, and the day-to-day operation of Alasthas, Beach Houses was not affected.
The information that may have been involved was limited to basic reservation details only — such as a guest’s name, phone number, and stay dates. No payment information, card details, IBANs, passwords, identification documents, or other sensitive financial data were impacted.
As we were unable to determine with certainty which individual reservations may have been affected, we are sharing this information proactively with all guests, out of an abundance of caution.
We have also been informed that some guests may have received messages via WhatsApp related to this incident. In some cases, these messages were received earlier but brought to our attention at a later stage. We therefore kindly encourage you to remain cautious with unsolicited messages or calls and to contact us directly through our official communication channels if anything feels unusual.
Your trust means a great deal to us, and safeguarding your personal information is a responsibility we take very seriously.
